Meet Bernie

Bernie has been active in the Las Vegas real estate market since becoming licensed in 1977. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas Commercial he was owner/broker of Terra West Realty, which he established in 1989. Terra West was a full-service real estate company specializing in development, leasing, property management, build-to-suite, construction management and a general commercial brokerage.

In April 1993 Bernie Chippoletti acquired a General Contractors Licensee and started GBM Development in 1995 GBM became the General Contractor for Terra West Homes which was another company he started. After successfully starting, completing and selling approximately 250 homes per year this company was sold in 2006.
After the sale of Terra West Home, GBM became the general contractor of Terra West Development where it successful completed a numerous office, retail and industrial buildings in the Las Vegas Valley.

In 1993 Bernie Chippoletti became a licensed mortgage broker under the name of Terra West Financial. This company became a division within Terra West specializing in hard money loans and successful placed about $10,000,000 in loans per year until 2006.

In December 1997 the secretary of the state of Nevada appointed Mr. Chippoletti as receiver for Harley Harmon Mortgage Company with the responsibility of analyzing determine the status and liquidate a portfolio consisting of approximately $25,000,000.00 in real estate loans that were in default.

Mr. Chippoletti is a licensed Nevada Real Estate broker and a member of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors. In 1995 he achieved the designation of Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM). In June of 2003 he achieved the designation of CPM Certified Property Manager

Bridget Atterbom, a resident of Las Vegas since June of 2009, began her career in Real Estate in February of 2005 with Keller Williams Realty. In her role, she focuses on development: including sales and acquisitions of commercial buildings comprising office, warehouse, retail centers, and multifamily. Tenant and landlord representation and land sales are also part of her practice. Prior to Real Estate, she owned and operated multiple National Brand Franchises. She has over 38 years of experience in customer service and sales and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Since 2017 Bridget has completed Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Financial Analysis for CRE, Market Analysis for CRE, and CRE Negotiations. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training.

Bridget serves as the Treasurer of Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) where she also serves on both the Membership and Forms Committees. She is a member of the Finance Committee at Las Vegas Realtor (LVR) and a member of Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter, Certified Commercial Investment Member, where she serves on both the Education and Scholarship Committees. Bridget is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a professional organization with a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards which exceed those imposed by the state licensing agency. She spends time volunteering for her community through Project 150 and Three Square.

Meet Jesse

Jesse is a second-generation Las Vegan, giving him an in depth understanding of what Las Vegas has and what it needs. He began his commercial real estate career in March of 2018. As the son of a developer and broker with over 40 years of experience, Jesse understands the level of dedication necessary to become successful in the commercial real estate industry.

Jesse’s first love was basketball. His ambition to become recognized as a top talent in Las Vegas earned him a scholarship to Western Oregon University. After a short-lived college basketball career due to injury, Jesse moved back to Las Vegas. In 2015, he helped open a gym where he took part in all aspects of the business, including marketing, management, and development of training programs to ensure clients met their personal goals. It was during this time Jesse began to fully understand the importance of serving others and developing lasting relationships. He believes success is measured by the value you bring to others in helping them achieve their goals. Jesse has carried this mentality to the commercial real estate arena where he enjoys working with investors, landlords, and tenants, and focuses heavily on sales in Downtown Las Vegas.

Grant Butak

Meet Grant

Grant Butak, a resident of the Las Vegas Valley since 1982, this lifetime local has a BSBA in Business with a focus in Marketing and Communication from UNLV. He carved a 12-year career in the Financial Industry with a Fortune 500 company working with Business owners, large corporations, and individual families. Grant started his Commercial Real Estate career at Marcus & Millichap before moving over to SVN Commercial, then finding a home to build a team at KW Commercial.

Grant is experienced in Tenant/Buyer Representation in industrial, retail and office has built a very large network of professionals and owners within the Greater Las Vegas Market to transact over 5 million in lease contracts within the last 12 months. Currently, Grant is beginning his studies with CCIM and will be taking the exam in later 2022.

Grant is married to his wife Amy and has 2 daughters. He is also the President of a 501 c3 that works with foster kids and their families by giving scholarships out for educational, cultural, and athletic opportunities. The name of the foundation is Fostering Futures of Nevada & Through the Eyes of a Child Foundation.

Meet Kaylee

Kaylee is a Nevada broker-salesperson who provides one-stop commercial real estate solutions. She represents sellers and buyers in commercial building (retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and hospitality) and land sales and is specialized in real estate development.

She was born in South Korea, grew up in Burbank, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), Kaylee earned a dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment & financial market at the Marshall School of Business, and Accounting at then Leventhal School of Accounting. After college graduation, she began her career as an external auditor and CPA at an independent accounting firm. After 7 years in external & internal audits, Kaylee advanced her career, incorporating her extensive financial knowledge and experience into a full-time real estate career. She received her real estate broker-salesperson license in 2015 and remains active in the industry.

Meet Angelina

Angelina Chippoletti was born and raised in a family dedicated to Las Vegas real estate. She brings a diverse background of knowledge that she acquired from both her mother and father. Beginning in 1978, her mother has been licensed in Nevada & California and her father has an extensive commercial real estate career, licensed in 1977 in Las Vegas. Angelina is a member in good standing with Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) as well as a member of Las Vegas Realtors (LVR) and a certified Integrated Neuro Linguistics Practitioner NLP. The combination of these talents, background, and education makes her uniquely qualified to deliver. Angelina has been a single mother for years raising a son who is now in the US Air force. She is a new grandparent and enjoys that part of her personal growth.

Meet Brandon

Brandon Ewing brings with his lifelong experience in rental property, residential sales, investments, and hard work, starting with a family business. His family owned and maintained over fifty rental units, a wireline service business, and a ranch putting him right in the middle of daily operations and hands-on experiences at a very young age. Like many ranch families in Wyoming, work was never an option for Brandon's family, it was a requirement.

Brandon earned his real estate license in 2006 during an economic boom in Wyoming. That first year, at the age of 19, he quickly became an expert real estate salesman and a top agent with BrokerOne Real Estate in Casper. During this time, he worked on new development projects and sold more than 40 homes in his first year in the business!

Brandon continued to be a top producer into the housing crash where he began acquiring his own rental properties, fix and flip investments and multifamily investments. All the while he continued to work in the family business as he was needed bringing evermore expertise in his chosen field of real estate.

In 2009 Brandon joined Iron Mountain Management which managed and maintained two of the largest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in Casper. He was the premier Leasing Agent and quickly helped reduce vacant times and increase cash flow for both the Aspen Court Apartments and Cottonwood Estates. This position gave him insightful experience with low-income housing and Section 8 programs.

In 2011, Brandon joined Coldwell Banker The Legacy Group as a sales agent and Property Manager. There he helped establish a new property management department from the ground up starting with only a few homes to manage and growing to more than a 100 in less than a year! This department eventually led to the creation of The Legacy Property Management Company and now manages hundreds of units of various property types and with nearly a hundred different investor owners.

With the hopes for even greater achievement, Brandon formed the Ewing Real Estate Team in 2014 and moved to Las Vegas to Join Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas and KW Commercial. Under KW Commercial Las Vegas, Brandon joins some of the top commercial agents and mentors in Las Vegas.

Brandon continued to manage his and his family’s rentals until 2017 when he sold his assets in Wyoming to focus on new development in the Las Vegas area.
