Meet Bernie
Bernie Chippoletti has been a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker since 1977 and is a member of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors. With more than 45+ years of experience, Mr. Chippoletti leads the Commercial Division of Keller Williams Las Vegas and serves as a mentor to some of the most successful Agents. Prior to launching the Commercial Division at our office, Mr. Chippoletti established Terra West Realty in 1989, where he served as the Owner/Broker. Terra West is a full-service Real Estate company specializing in the development, leasing, property management, build-to-suite, construction management, and general commercial brokerage.
In April 1993, he acquired a General Contractor's License and founded GBM Development in 1995. Shortly after, GBM served as the General Contractor for his other company, Terra West Homes. After successfully starting, completing, and selling approximately 250 homes per year, Terra West Homes was sold in 2006. After selling the company, GBM became the General Contractor of Terra West Development and completed numerous offices, retail, and industrial buildings in the Las Vegas Valley.
In 1993, he became a licensed Mortgage Broker under the name of Terra West Financial. This company became a division within Terra West specializing in hard money loans and successfully placed about $10,000,000 in loans per year until 2006.
In December 1997, the Secretary of the State of Nevada appointed Mr. Chippoletti as Receiver for the Harley Harmon Mortgage Company with the responsibility of analyzing, determining status, and liquidating a portfolio consisting of approximately $25,000,000.00 in Real Estate loans that were in default.
In 1995, he achieved the designation of Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM). In June of 2003, he achieved the designation of CPM Certified Property Manager.

Martin Toumaian is always a phone call away. For more than 18 years, he has distinguished himself by helping others buy and sell Real Estate in Las Vegas. He is one of the most knowledgeable, accomplished, and service-minded professionals in the business.
Martin specializes in local and regional multi-tenant & single-tenant investment sales, multi-family acquisitions, REO sales, retail tenant & landlord representation, and development. Martin has participated in more than $800M in transactions during the term of his career and his

Meet Bridget
Bridget Atterbom, a resident of Las Vegas since June of 2009, began her career in Real Estate in February of 2005 with Keller Williams Realty. In her role, she focuses on development: including sales and acquisitions of commercial buildings comprising of: offices, warehouses, retail centers, and multi-family. Tenant and landlord representation and land sales are also part of her practice. Prior to Real Estate, she owned and operated multiple National Brand Franchises. She has 38+ years of experience in customer service & sales and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Since 2017, Bridget has completed Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Financial Analysis for CRE, Market Analysis for CRE, and CRE Negotiations. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training. Bridget is Treasurer of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) where she also serves on both the Membership and Forms Committees. She is also a member of the Finance Committee at Las Vegas Realtor (LVR) and a member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter, Certified Commercial Investment Member, where she serves on both the Education and Scholarship Committees. Bridget is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a professional organization with a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards that exceed those imposed by the state licensing agency. In her free time, she spends time volunteering for her community through Project 150 and Three Square.
Meet Grant
Grant Butak, a resident of the Las Vegas Valley since 1982, is a lifetime local with a BSBA in Business with a focus in Marketing and Communication from UNLV. He carved a 12-year career in the Financial Industry with a Fortune 500 company working with Business owners, large corporations, and individual families. Grant started his Commercial Real Estate career at Marcus & Millichap before moving over to SVN Commercial, then finding a home to build a team at KW Commercial.
He is experienced in Tenant/Buyer Representation in industrial, retail, and office properties. Grant has built an extensive network of professionals and owners within the Greater Las Vegas Market to transact over 5 million in lease contracts within the last 12 months. Currently, he is
beginning his studies with CCIM and will be taking the exam in later 2022.
Grant is married to his wife Amy and has 2 daughters. He is also the President of a 501 c3 that works with foster kids and their families by giving out scholarships for educational, cultural, and athletic opportunities. The name of the foundation is Fostering Futures of Nevada & Through the Eyes of a Child Foundation.
Meet Jesse
Jesse Chippoletti is a second-generation Las Vegan, giving him an in-depth understanding of what Las Vegas has and what it needs. He began his Commercial Real Estate career in March of 2018. As the son of a Developer and Broker with over 40 years of experience, Jesse understands the necessary dedication to succeed in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Jesse has a deep passion for basketball in which his ambition to become recognized as a top talent in Las Vegas earned him a scholarship to Western Oregon University. After a short-lived college basketball career due to injury, he moved back to Las Vegas. In 2015, he helped open a gym where he took part in all aspects of the business, including marketing, management, and development of training programs to ensure clients met their personal goals. It was during this time, that Jesse began to fully understand the importance of serving others and developing lasting relationships. He believes success is measured by the value you bring to others in helping them achieve their goals. He has carried this mentality to the Commercial Real Estate arena where he enjoys working with investors, landlords, & tenants, and focuses heavily on sales in Downtown Las Vegas.
Meet Kaylee
Kaylee Cho is a Nevada Broker-Salesperson who provides one-stop Commercial Real Estate solutions. She represents sellers & buyers for commercial buildings (retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and hospitality), land sales, and specializes in Real Estate development. She was born in South Korea, grew up in Burbank, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), Kaylee earned a dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment & financial market at the Marshall School of Business, and Accounting at then Leventhal School of
Accounting. After college graduation, she began her career as an External Auditor and CPA at an independent accounting firm. After 7 years in external & internal audits, Kaylee advanced her career, incorporating her extensive financial knowledge and experience into a full-time Real Estate career. She received her Real Estate Broker-Salesperson license in 2015 and remains active in the industry.
Meet David
David Houle embarked on a Corporate Real Estate career in 2009, serving as Director of Strategic Growth of a well-known national franchise here in Las Vegas. In 2013, he joined Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas where he served as the division's Vice President and played an instrumental part in growing the division until 2018. David has been featured in publications such as the Las Vegas Review Journal and currently specializes in office investment sales and leasing. The company's proven models/systems will allow him to increase his production and net more money.

Lindsey Butler
Meet Lindsey
Beginning in the year 2000, Lindsey started her real estate career while living in her home state of Michigan. She would later work for several successful real estate companies in Michigan including Century 21 Town & Country, Prudential Preferred, REALTORS, Garrow-Loftis GMAC & GMAC The Kee Group. Lindsey attended Western Michigan University prior to completing her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
In 2006, Lindsey relocated to Las Vegas with her husband, Rhett, and gained extensive knowledge in both Residential Real Estate, while working with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS, and Commercial Real Estate by working with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, overseeing the Las Vegas, Pacific Northwest, and Mountain Region operations. From 2014-2017, Lindsey served as Vice President for The Brooks Team at Realty ONE Group where she expanded her real estate experience by adding Highrise Real Estate to her knowledge base. In 2017, Lindsey co-formed a Las Vegas team with her partners, Jason Abrams & Brian Gubernick, at Homehelper Consultants powered by Keller Williams Realty Southwest where she operated as Team Leader. Homehelper Consultants (Hhc) operated in four states and was one of Keller Williams Realty’s top 10 producing teams in the world and was recognized by Real Trends/Wall Street Journal as one of the nation’s top 250 producing teams (out of 1.2 million REALTORS)!
By popular demand, in February 2020, Lindsey formed Lindsey Butler Real Estate allowing her to take her vast Real Estate knowledge and experience to the next level while providing exceptional service to her clients! Within the next 12 months, she would be awarded a referral partner for Lucido Global, KW Luxury and KW Commercial.
In her limited spare time, Lindsey enjoys live concerts, traveling the world, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing by the pool.
Corin Lujan

Corin specializes in providing an empowering approach for clients looking to build financial wealth through real estate and real estate investing.
Corin started her career in real estate with Keller Williams in Reno, Nevada in 2015. Corin was KW Reno’s Rookie of the Year 2015-2016 and consistently placed among their monthly Top 30 Producers out of over 200 agents at the time.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Corin worked as a print and broadcast journalist before transitioning as a public relations and marketing executive for a national nonprofit. With her media background, Corin placed her clients in national prestigious media outlets including the front page of The New York Times, USA Today, Newsweek and The Doctors tv show, among numerous other broadcast outlets.
Corin grew up in Fremont, California (east Bay Area) and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. Corin also lived in Southern California for 15 years where she raised her twin daughters. She moved to Las Vegas in 2011 when they went off to college!
Corin loves Nevada, her adopted home state. Her strong Bay Area roots translate well to her ability to work seamlessly with a diverse client base in Las Vegas.
Corin was born in Manila, Philippines. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Tagalog. She is involved in numerous organizations in Las Vegas’ thriving and active Filipino American community.
